Before running JCself an installation of Java Runtime environment (freeware) is necessary.

Normally jcself.zip has to be extract to the C hard disk.

The file 'jcself.bat', which is in folder PHS, has to be called to start the program.

Note: If the folder 'PHS' is not on the hard disk 'C'  the file 'jcself.bat' has to be opened with a programm like Notepad, or a similar text editor, and the line 'set TopUi = c:\PHS\jcself.jar' must then be adjusted to the correct path.
